David served as a firefighter for 26 years and was involved with negotiations for
contracts and grievance arbitrations. During this time he also ran a painting and

Cathy has her CNE®(Certified Negotiations Experts) designation & SRES® (Seniors
Real Estate Specialist). Along with her extensive service retail experience you can be
